Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lentils
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Season-All
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 lb. Polish sausage (optional)
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Rinse and soak lentils overnight.
    Combine all ingredients. Add water to cover lentils.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Cut sausage in bite-size pieces and add to soup (optional).
