Pilgrim Potatoes (Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 potatoes (depending on size)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (amount optional)
    salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into uniform chunks. Boil until tender. Mash potatoes (using electric mixer); blend in spices and butter, then cream cheese, then sour cream. Whip until smooth and creamy. Put in square baking pan. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and starts to brown, approximately 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
