Finger Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. egg whites (about 2)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. corn syrup
    1/16 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. flavoring
    color, if desired
Preparation
    Put first 4
    ingredients in pan and heat until you can no longer stand to stir with finger.
    Remove from heat and beat until stiff and fluffy.
    Beat in salt, flavoring and color, if desired.
