Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into greased mini muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 12 to 15 minutes.
