Apples "N" Rice Casserole(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 c. apples, pared, cored and thinly sliced
Preparation

Place butter in 1-quart casserole dish.
Heat in microwave on Full power for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in rice, apples, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and sour cream.
Bake in microwave, covered, on Full power for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
