Blueberry Conserve - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 medium orange, shredded
    1/2 lemon, shredded
    1 qt. blueberries
Preparation
    Bring
    sugar
    and
    water
    to
    boil in a large pan.
    Add orange and lemon and cook for 5 minutes.\tAdd blueberries and cook
    for 40 to 60 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Pour
    into 1/2
    pint
    jars
    and
    seal\twith
    metal ring lids. Process\tin boiling
    water bath for 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 (1/2 pint) jars.
