Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. raw rice, cooked and drained
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Saute celery and onion in oleo.
    Mix mushroom soup and 3/4 can milk with sauteed celery and onions. Add cooked rice and broccoli.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole with oleo.
