Hot Chicken Casserole(On The Light Side) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 can diced canned tomatoes with green chiles
3 oz. pasteurized process cheese, chopped
1 c. small green peas
1/2 c. sliced canned mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked vermicelli
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Saute onions and peppers in nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray.
Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 4 minutes, until blended.
Add chopped cheese, stirring until melted.
Add chicken, mushrooms and peas.
Add vermicelli to mixture; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat until bubbly.
