Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can Franco American brown beef gravy (can use 2)
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    garlic powder
    seasoned meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Place brisket on long sheets of heavy duty tinfoil crossed in roasting pan.
    Put tenderizer and garlic powder on both sides of beef and prick meat with a fork.
    In a bowl, mix salad dressing, onion soup, gravy and mushrooms.
    Pour over meat.
    Loosely cover and seal edges of tin foil lightly.
    You may want a second cover of foil to doubly secure.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound.
    Cool with tin foil opened and slice when completely cool.
