Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 Italian tomatoes
1 stalk cilantro
2 green onions
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 limes
1 serrano pepper, seeded
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
salt
Preparation

Chop all ingredients and mix well.
Other ingredients may be added, or subtracted, according to taste. If too hot, add a little water and more tomatoes.
