B And B Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 dozen hard boiled eggs (peeled)
    4 c. vinegar
    1 jar or can jalapenos
    1 onion, sliced and quartered
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients, except eggs, to a boil.
    In a sealable jar, pour over peeled eggs.
    Let sit for 3 days to 3 months.
    Shake once a day.
    Serve with salt, pepper and Tabasco.
