Apple Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Coating Batter
    apples
    oil
Preparation
    Prepare Coating Batter.
    Peel and core a large apple.
    Slice thinly and dip in batter.
    Cook in deep fat, smoking hot.
    Drain fritters on paper towels to absorb some of the excess fat and enjoy them sprinkled with sugar.
