Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 or 5 stalks celery, cut
    1 large onion, cut up
    4 or 5 carrots, chunked
    4 or 5 potatoes, cut in half
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    tomato juice
Preparation
    Place stew meat in bottom of casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add vegetables.
    Mix tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper together.
    Sprinkle this mixture over vegetables.
    Pour 1 cup tomato juice (or a little more) over all.
    Cover tightly with foil. Cook 5 to 6 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6.
