Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    2 c. velveeta (1 lb.)
    4 chicken cubes
    3 c. water
    20 oz. broccoli, chopped
Preparation
    In small pan combine water, cubes and broccoli.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Saute onions in butter: add flour, salt, pepper and milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add broccoli mixture and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.
