Quick Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts *
    1/2 c. chopped onion *
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper *
    6 (No. 303) cans clear chicken broth
    1 (No. 303) can sliced carrots
    1 (No. 303) can corn
    1 (No. 303) can string beans
    1 (No. 303) can diced tomatoes
    1 (No. 303) can sweet peas
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
