"Light Raspberry Gelatin" Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box sugar-free raspberry jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 can (small) crushed or chunk pineapple
    3 to 4 oz. angel food cake
Preparation
    In small bowl mix jello and water; add pineapple.
    In a small mold sprayed with Pam, tear or cut angel food cake and arrange cake in mold.
    Then pour jello mixture in top.
    Refrigerate with a saucer or plate on top to keep cake from floating while the cake and jello set.
    Sets in about 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
