5 Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
chopped nuts (if wanted)
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Use spray oil or shortening on 10-inch tube cake pan and then flour.
Cream butter, shortening and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add eggs, flour and baking powder.
Add to this creamed mixture the milk.
Stir in vanilla, butter, lemon, rum and coconut extracts.
Add chopped nuts, if wanted.
Cook 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool.
Cake is great with vanilla ice cream.
