Breakfast Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tomatoes
    2 green chilies
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. peanut oil
    12 tortillas
    6 eggs, scrambled
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mash the tomatoes. Add garlic and chilies; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
    Warm the tortillas in a pan.
    Fill with scrambled eggs and cover with cheese sauce.
