Braised Pork Chops With Sauerkraut(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices diced, sauteed bacon
    2 lb. drained sauerkraut
    2 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    6 loin pork chops (1-inch thick)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Have ready the bacon.
    Mix it in a casserole with drained sauerkraut, applesauce, brown sugar, water, dry mustard and ground pepper.
    Saute gently on both sides the pork chops.
    Place them on top of the mixture.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
