Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. skim milk
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. honey
1 c. tart apples, chopped well
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spray muffin tin with Pam.
Mix dry ingredients well.
Mix wet ingredients well.
Mix all together only until dry ingredients are slightly moist and lumpy.
Fill tins about 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes until light brown.
These will freeze well.
