Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    2 c. chicken broth (fat free)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place rice in a baking dish.
    Saute onion in butter until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over rice; stir.
    Cover with tight fitting lid or foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
