Pineapple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    4 Tbsp. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/2 tsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, butter and lemon rind in a small saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture is bubbly and thick.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Put pie crust on bottom and top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crust is golden brown.
