Chicken Wellington Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can crescent type refrigerated dinner rolls
3/4 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of margarine until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Separate crescent dough.
Press dough to form 4 x 6-inch rectangles.
Spoon 1/3 to 1/2 cup meat mixture into center of rectangle.
Pull 4 corners of dough to top center of chicken mixture.
Twist slightly and pinch edges to seal.
Brush with or dip in reserved melted margarine.
Dip in crushed croutons.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
