Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix the sugar, flour and salt.
Mix in the corn syrup, then add the eggs, milk and vanilla.
Stir until smooth, then stir in the pecans.
Bake for 1 hour.
Periodically check the nuts after 40 minutes so they don't burn.
