Chili Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 large can tomatoes, chopped fine
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
1 can pinto beans (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, chopped fine
Preparation

Brown meat and onion together; drain.
Add seasoning, tomatoes and beans if desired.
Cook together for 30 minutes or longer.
In bottom of medium size casserole dish, spread cream cheese which has softened.
Cover with chili, about 1/2 of it.
Cover with chopped cheese.
Put in microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Serve with Tostitos chips.
