Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grits
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 whole eggs, beaten well
    1 (6 oz.) roll Kraft garlic cheese, chopped
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in 2-quart casserole.
    Add grits; cover with wax paper and microwave on High 3 minutes.
    Add butter and stir in eggs slowly.
    Add chopped up cheese and stir until melted. Microwave, covered, on Medium for 8 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
