Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes if frozen.
    Mix ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
