Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
3 tsp. vinegar
5 tsp. soy sauce
2 bay leaves, crushed
3 gloves garlic, crushed
1 chicken cube or powdered seasoning
water to cover
salt to taste
3 tsp. cooking oil or sesame oil
Preparation

Wash and drain chicken.
In a large bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce and other ingredients and marinate for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a cooking pot and cook over low heat until the chicken is tender.
Add cooking oil or sesame
oil. Serve with rice, potatoes or bread.
