Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Peaches, cut in 1/2's or 1/4's
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    3 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Arrange cut peaches in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 15 mins. at 400\u00b0.
    Mix together egg, sugar and cornstarch.
    Add this mixture to the peaches.
    Continue baking pie for 45 mins. at 350\u00b0.
