Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. grated pineapple (1 small can crushed and drained)
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Add to sugar mixture and beat well.
Stir in vanilla, grated carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
Bake in either 3 (8-inch) pans or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan which have been well greased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When cool, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
