Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, diced
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    2 to 3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. raisins, soak in hot water
    1/2 c. crushed peaches and applesauce (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients; add liquids, eggs and raisins.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour batter into a greased 2-pound baking pan.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
