Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
4 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix
all dry ingredients together.
Add milk and melted margarine to dry mixture.
Stir well.
Blend in sliced apples. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Cool for 10 minutes and slice into bars.
