Macaroni Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. small elbow macaroni
1 qt. plus 1 c. whole sweet milk
6 eggs
1 stick butter
1 lb. medium sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni; drain.
Grate cheese.
Put 1 layer macaroni, 1/2 butter and 1/2 cheese in baking dish.
Repeat macaroni and butter. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over layered macaroni and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
