Glazed Pork And Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 lb. lean ground pork
    2 lb. lean ground ham
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Mix in milk and cracker crumbs. Add ham mixture and celery; mix.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over loaves.
    Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Baste every 1/2 hour with pan drippings.
