Cream Soup Base - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat dried milk powder or creamer for coffee
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    This is dry mix that can be stored and kept on hand until needed.
    When ready for soup, add 2 cups of cold water and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
    Add more water, if needed.
