Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 small jar cubed sweet pickles, drained
    Duke's mayonnaise
    celery seed
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and dice.
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Do not overcook potatoes.
    Drain potatoes.
    Add medium onion, green pepper and eggs.
    Stir in mustard and sweet pickles.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add celery seed to taste.
    Stir in Duke's mayonnaise enough to mix potato salad well.
