Sweet 'N Sour Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1 medium sliced onion
    2 tsp. oleo
    1 lb. ham, cut in strips
    chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; keep juice.
    Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup.
    Stir onion and oleo until tender.
    Stir in ham, pepper, pineapple and juice.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce and simmer 5 minutes.
    Mix water and cornstarch.
    Stir in meat mixture.
    Heat to boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Serve over rice.
