Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, Italian sausage or bulk pork
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (2 c.)
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagna or wide noodles
    2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese (3 c.) or 1 c. Italian cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 6 ingredients to meat.
    Simmer, uncovered, until thick, about 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in boiling water until tender.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
