Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium zucchini, well cleaned
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ham, chopped small
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 well beaten egg
    2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving about 1/4-inch thick shell.
    Chop pulp and set aside.
    Reserve shells.
