Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk or heavy cream
1 to 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
Preparation

Melt butter.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook until smooth and bubbly.
Heat to boil and continue boiling for 1 minute.
Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
Great for leftover turkey or chicken.
