No Cholesterol Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10.5 oz.) pkg. Mori-Nu Silken firm tofu
    2/3 c. honey
    2 egg whites (optional for firmer filling)
    1 3/4 c. canned or fresh cooked pumpkin
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. each ground allspice and ginger
    scant (1/4 tsp.) salt (optional)
Preparation
    Blend tofu in a food processor or blender until creamy smooth. Add honey, pumpkin, egg whites and spices; blend well.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie shell.
    Bake approximately 1 hour in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
    Cool and serve.
