Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. diced red pepper
2 Tbsp. diced green onions
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed
Preparation

Boil the macaroni as directed on the package; drain and rinse with cold water.
Add the mayo and the contents of envelope included in the macaroni and cheese mix.
Toss well.
Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.
Serve from a large salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves; garnish with ripe olives.
