Rice And Pintos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 to 4 Tbsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook hamburger meat.
    Saute onion and butter.
    Add together. Stir in pinto beans, rice and tomatoes.
    Mix well and simmer. Spoon into a 11 x 14-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
