Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. regular or wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped onions or chives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 cucumbers, pared and thinly sliced

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and chill for several hours before serving.
