Cream Cheese Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 egg, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Spread 1 can crescent rolls in a 13 x 9-inch pan, sealing seams (using warm fingers). Beat cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread over crust.
    Spread second can of crescent rolls on top (like a crust). Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cut into squares or triangles.
