Spinach Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach, cooked, drained, squeezed and patted dry with a paper towel and cooled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    2 green onions, chopped with tops
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 drops Tabasco
    a little lemon juice
    sprinkle of salt
Preparation
    Mix spinach with mayonnaise and cream cheese (creamed together), eggs, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice and salt.
    Let ingredient mixture stand for a while before making sandwiches, as it blends better. Butter one side of each of two slices of bread, then spread with filling.
