Burrito Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) c. tomatoes and green chilies
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 (15 oz.) can Western style pinto beans
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in large skillet until it starts to brown. Add onions and cook until limp.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add can of tomatoes and green chilies, beans and Tabasco.
    Add can of green chilies; stir to mix.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve on either flour tortillas or corn tortillas. Garnish with shredded cheese, chopped onion and shredded lettuce. Makes 8
    servings (1/3 cup each); 194 calories and 16 grams fat.
