Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 to 20 large or jumbo shrimp
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
margarine or butter
1 small can crabmeat (optional)
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Clean and devein shrimp.
Crush crackers and melt butter or margarine.
Mix up the crabmeat if using.
Align shrimp on a cookie sheet.
You must cut the shrimp up the back and spread open on the cookie sheet.
Mix margarine or butter with the cracker crumbs and place on top of each shrimp.
If using the crabmeat, it should be mixed in with the margarine or butter and cracker crumbs, adding the garlic powder to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp appear to be opaque in color.
