Hot Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, minced
    1 large onion, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 additional Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    With electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter and flour until soft dough forms.
    Wrap dough, chill 1 hour.
    In medium skillet, saute mushrooms and onion until tender. Blend in salt, thyme and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Stir in sour cream. Chill.
