Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. fileted catfish
    4 lb. fatback or bacon
    8 lb. potatoes
    5 lb. onions
    3 large cans tomato sauce
    4 cans tomato paste
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook the fish until the meat flakes.
    Fry the fatback and use the drippings to saute the onions.
    In a large pot, combine fish, potatoes, onions, tomato sauce, paste, salt and pepper.
    Cook until potatoes are well done.
    Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
